  • How do I report a claim?

  • How long will it take to handle my claim?

    It depends on how complex the claim is, how serious the damages or injuries are, and how willing other involved parties are to cooperate. Winton-Ireland claims experts always work toward quick resolution of every claim.  Our claims experts will file your claim immediately and stay in contact with the insurance company to keep the process moving.  You will be kept informed as the claim is moving forward so you always know the status of your claim.

  • How do I know if my claim is covered?

    You can review your policy but leave the details up to us.  Our claims experts along with your insurance agent will review your policy and do our best to find coverage.

  • What is a deductible?

    It’s the portion of a covered loss that, according to your policy, you’ve agreed to pay before your insurance company starts paying for costs of the loss. For example, if you have a covered loss of $2,500 and your policy carries a $500 deductible, you’ll pay the first $500 and your insurance company will pay the remaining $2,000.

  • How much is my deductible?

    Your deductible amount can be found in your policy.  There are often times different deductibles for different types of coverage and losses so you can leave the details up to us.
